Instructions: dissolve 6kg of sugar in 21 liters of water at 35-40°C, then pour the entire contents of the packet of yeast and mix well. Optimum fermentation temperature 22-27°C.

Instructions: 5kg of sugar in one day gives 13%, 6kg of sugar in 2 days gives 15%, 7kg of sugar in 3 days gives 17%. Dissolve the desired amount of sugar in warm water, pour into a digester and fill with hot water to a volume of 25 liters. For the mixture at 20-30°C pour the entire contents of packet of yeast and mix well. Optimum fermentation temperature 22-27°C.

Instructions: Dissolve 8kg of sugar in hot water, pour into a fermenter and fill with cold water to a volume of 25 litres. Once the mash has reached temperature of 22-250C, pour the entire contents of the packet of yeast and mix well. Optimum fermentation temperature is 22-250C, 3-4 days fermentation time.
